Under the direction of District SP Rohit Raju, IPS, and the guidance of Palwancha DSP Satish Kumar, a Community Connect Program was conducted today in Vanama Nagar and Hamali Colonies under the jurisdiction of the Palwancha Town Police Station. As part of this program, each house in these areas was checked, and details of every individual were collected and recorded. A total of 250 houses were inspected, resulting in the seizure of 54 two-wheelers and 2 auto-rickshaws that lacked proper documentation. Police also conducted searches using police dogs in the homes of suspected individuals.
Speaking at the event, Palwancha CI Vinay Kumar urged residents to inform the police immediately if they notice any suspicious new individuals in the area. He advised villagers to act responsibly by promptly providing information about individuals involved in antisocial activities to the police. He encouraged everyone to contribute to crime control by installing CCTV cameras in all parts of their areas. He assured that the identity of anyone who reports antisocial activities would be kept confidential.
The program saw participation from Palwancha Town SIs Suman and Jeevan Kumar, Palwancha Rural SI Suresh, Mulakalapalli SI Rajasekhar, as well as special party staff and local police personnel.
