Seminar on “Transfer of Property Act and Marking of Documents”

A seminar on “Transfer of Property Act and Marking of Documents” was organized by the AILU (All India Lawyers’ Union) District and Town Committee on Saturday at the G.M.R. Function Hall on NST Road in Khammam town.

Dr. B. Shivashankara Rao, a retired High Court Judge, attended the event as the Chief Guest (Guest Lecturer) and addressed the gathering.

In his address, he stated, “Lawyers must study the legal principles in depth and provide appropriate advice to clients to prevent errors in property transfers. Every lawyer should have a thorough knowledge of the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act.” He comprehensively explained case laws related to the Transfer of Property Act.

Telangana State Bar Council Chairman, Narasimha Reddy, said, “Lawyers should uphold the dignity of the courts and enhance the public’s faith in justice. Ethics and honesty must be prioritized in the argument of every case.”

Second Additional District Judge, Vempati Aparna, emphasized, “Every lawyer must be careful in the marking of documents. Submitting the right documents as evidence plays a crucial role in the outcome of a case. She added that holding such seminars frequently contributes to enhancing the professional skills of lawyers.”

Bar Council Member, Kolli Satyanarayana, suggested that such training programs increase the legal knowledge of young advocates and advised lawyers to work with dedication and improve their professional competence.

Bar Association President, Thondapu Venkateswara Rao, noted that the frequent conduct of such seminars boosts the professional skills of lawyers and complimented the AILU officials for organizing them regularly.

The program was presided over by District President Naveen Chaitanya.

A large number of senior and junior advocates participated in the seminar, including Sathupalli Bar President Mallepula Venkateswara Rao, Madhira Bar President Bodella Pullarao, and AILU officials Mandadapu Srinivasarao, Edunuthala Srinivasarao, Chintanippu Venkat, Gaddala Dileep, Misala Venkateshwarlu, Brahmam, Pagolu Kishore, and others.
