On Sunday, the State Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao officially inaugurated the newly established Kurapati Multi-Specialty and Children’s Hospital in Khammam.
Speaking at the event, the Minister highlighted the following:
* Exemplary Service: He praised Dr. Kurapati Pradeep Kumar, stating that his contributions to the medical field serve as an inspiration to all.
* Affordability: He credited Kurapati for making high-quality healthcare accessible to the public at affordable prices.
* Beyond Medicine: While Dr. Pradeep is well-known throughout the district for the Kurapati Children’s Hospital, the Minister commended his active involvement in sports and various social service activities.
* Thalassemia Support: The Minister specifically lauded the doctor for bringing hope to children battling Thalassemia by providing them with free medical care and blood transfusions.
* Family Legacy: Minister Tummala recalled his long-standing association with Dr. Pradeep’s father, Kurapati Venkateswarlu, noting his significant impact on both politics and business. He expressed pride in seeing Dr. Pradeep carve out a unique niche for himself in the Khammam district.
The Minister concluded by encouraging the hospital to continue expanding its medical services to benefit the people of the district.
