Telangana Activists’ Committee Extends Support to Telangana Employees’ Protest

Eetarambharatam Hyderabad august 28

The Telangana Activists’ Committee has extended its support to the protest organized by the Telangana Employees’ Joint Action Committee and pensioners at Indira Park’s Dharna Chowk. The protest called for the implementation of the 2nd PRC (Pay Revision Commission), the release of six pending DAs (Dearness Allowances), and other demands. Speaking on the occasion, Committee Chairman Bandi Ramesh urged the government to effectively and immediately implement the EHS (Employees’ Health Scheme), release ₹2,000 crore monthly to clear pending bills, resolve the CPS (Contributory Pension Scheme) issue, and grant official recognition to employee unions and associations.

He demanded that the Telangana government respond positively to these long-pending issues—which concern the welfare of employees, pensioners, and their families—and resolve them as soon as possible.
