On the occasion of the birthday (July 24) of BRS Working President, dynamic youth leader, and former Minister for IT and Municipal Administration, Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR), former Lok Sabha BRS floor leader and ex-MP from Khammam, Nama Nageswara Rao extended his heartfelt wishes.In a statement to the media on Wednesday, Nama praised KTR’s immense contribution under the BRS government, particularly for creating employment opportunities for youth and developing industries, the IT sector, and municipalities. He lauded KTR for making Telangana a model state in the IT field nationwide.Nama recalled KTR’s deep involvement during the Telangana movement, tirelessly working alongside the people for statehood. He said KTR’s dedication, discipline, and commitment to the people have shaped him into an extraordinary leader.As with every year, this year too, KTR’s followers, party leaders, and workers are organizing service activities across the state. Nama appreciated initiatives under the ‘Gift a Smile’ program, including distribution of KCR Kits, blood donation camps, plantation drives (Haritha Haram), and food donation activities.
He expressed hope that the BRS would grow stronger under KTR’s leadership in the coming days. Whether in power or in opposition, Nama noted, KTR always fearlessly raises his voice on public issues and possesses the rare ability to think toward solutions.Nama wished that KTR would take on even greater responsibilities in the future and showcase Telangana’s potential at the national level. He also expressed confidence that the BRS would achieve a grand victory in the upcoming local body elections.Describing KTR as a mentor and guide to the youth, Nama said that every initiative taken by KTR is aimed at the people’s welfare. He highlighted that KTR is following in the footsteps of his father, KCR, with the sole aim of Telangana’s development.Concluding his message, Nama said he prays to God to bless KTR with a long life, good health, and a successful political journey, adding that the blessings of the people will always be with him.
