Eetaram Bharatham Hyderabad, Sept 4 :: BJP today raised question on the capability of state Advocate General and demanded his replacement for his weak representations in KLIP, Phone-tapping and electricity purchase cases in the high court.
The Advocate General who represents state government in the courts has failed to put effective arguments in these cases and his act is questionable which gives room to think that he is working as a protective shield to opposition and misleading the government, alleged state party Vice-President and Ex-MLA NVSS Prabhakar while addressing a press conference at party office here.
The BJP leader said due to ineffective arguments by Advocate General in KLIP case after P C Ghosh commission report, former CM KCR and ex-minister Harish Rao got relief from the High Court.
He alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has wasted time in taking timely action against BRS leaders even after P C Ghosh commission named KCR , Harish Rao and some irrigation official involvement in the case due to exchange of brief cases which Prabhakar termed as “ Khajana chori” by the state Congress government.
if we observed developments between July 31, submission of report by P C Ghosh commission and August 4, chief Minister Revanth Reddy and his two senior colleagues Uttam Kumar Reddy and Bhatti Vikramarka visited Delhi three times and met Rahul Gandhi, Venugopal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi when had a secret deal to save KCR and Harish Rao, Prabhakar accused.
He further alleged that Rahul Gandhi is saving KCR and Harish Rao in KLIP, Phone-tapping and electricity purchase cases. He accused CM Revanth Reddy of exchanging suitcases during his Bihar visit who was shown standing between Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra.
